The Clerk offers logistical and clerical support to the BOD. The Clerk attends BOD meetings, conference calls, and internet meetings. The clerk records all minutes at those meetings, and produces a report for BOD approval and subsequent publication to the Transformus community. The clerk does not have a vote on the BOD but does handle the logistics of coordinating/facilitating all meetings. When requested, the clerk also assists as a resource person for the BOD, obtaining necessary information, etc. The clerk functions as the liaison between the Planning Committee and the BOD. This is a volunteer position.
